SHIPPING POLICY

Your item will be shipped within 5 business days of your purchase.
All my packages have insurance and tracking. 
Upon request, you will be provided with a tracking information for your package. 
If the post office returns a package for any reason other than a postage miscalculation (i.e., a recipient moved, refused the item or provided incorrect address) a refund will be issued.

REGULAR SHIPPING

Regular shipping is provided by Latvijas Pasts.
All items are shipped from Latvia, European Union.

Please note that all items sent to another country have to go through the said country's customs. Some countries (i.e., United Kingdom after Brexit) impose customs fees or tariffs. The amount charged is determined by the government of the respective country, and some of these fees can be quite high. Please make sure that you are familiar with your country's customs requirements prior to ordering.
