REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy length is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately it won't be possible for me to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item purchased at my store must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
I will only provide a refund for shipments lost in the mail after ninety days from the shipment date. With this I want to make sure that the package has an opportunity to find its way through the postal system.
If you are returning an item, I will first need to examine and inspect it to make sure that it's not damaged. Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and a credit will be applied to your credit card (or another form of payment).
If the item has arrived in a damaged state to you, once you've shared with me photos of it, you will receive a refund immediately.
If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
